Mary of Bethany isn’t a primary character in the gospel records. She’s only featured in three stories, at least two of which are not primarily focused on her. And there’s only one sentence of Mary’s that’s recorded. And yet, this woman provides us with an incredible example of what it means to be a disciple at the feet of Jesus!
